As I sit here, I realize how foolish I am to be ungrateful for my blessings this year. Prior to coming to this page, I was feeling sorry for myself because I could not afford gifts for my family this year. Praise the Lord, I have enough money to pay my bills this Christmas, and pay my mortgage for the new year. I too am disabled, but have been blessed with scholarships that allow me to complete my masters degree. My husband may be unemployed, but there is still a little unemployment left, and my part-time job makes ends meet. Shame on me for feeling as though I have nothing. There are many out there who are doing more with less, and I have every reason to say, "Merry Christmas!"
